RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

All bespoke orders will require a 50% deposit. If you have changed your mind and want to cancel your order, you will forfeit your 50% deposit, so please choose carefully. Additionally, we will not accept returns on bespoke orders. This is in line with Australian Consumer Law.

STOCKED PRODUCT

We do not accept change of mind on stocked (non-customised) goods. If we accept the change of mind, we will offer you a refund of less than 20% of the restocking fee to cover our administrative costs and expenses in handling and cancelling the order.

We do not accept returns if products are:

  • Not returned in their original condition or packaging
  • If it is after 30 days
  • Due to hygiene reasons, please note that earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded.

RING SIZE

Please be aware that sizes will vary between all brands. When selecting your rings online, make sure they are correct. Visit our ring size guide here.

If the wrong size is ordered, you will incur a resizing fee. If you are unsure, please visit us in our showroom.
